OGS has been managing Parque Ferrol since November 2018, a period during which the asset has experienced strong growth in both sales and footfall.
In 2025, the park achieved record figures, surpassing €37 million in sales (excluding hypermarket) and reaching +5.2% annual growth. These results were driven by an active leasing strategy and a management approach focused on enhancing the tenant mix and customer experience.
With 28,000 sqm of GLA and 19 operators, Parque Ferrol has consolidated its position as a key retail park in its catchment area, combining a hypermarket, DIY, specialised mid-size stores and a service-oriented gallery.
The addition of Meixueiro Retail Park represents a new project for OGS in Galicia. The company will implement its integrated asset management model, aimed at:
